Armour Black is a new team of 14 year olds who have come together from a number of other teams and locations in the state of Colorado. The common goal of these players and coaches is to work hard, compete hard and learn as much as possible.
Armour Black is one of two 14 year old teams that are members of
Armour Baseball, an organization of select competitive baseball teams from the Denver metro area. Colorado has a very proud and prestigious history in youth baseball, cultivating such talents as catcher Josh Bard, flame-throwing pitcher David Aardsma, closer Brad Lidge, and pitcher Roy Halladay. Our players are very much aware of the Colorado tradition and are dedicated to improving their baseball skills, while having a blast on the field.
The mission of Armour Baseball is to teach the game of baseball and experience the highest level of competition. Armour Baseball teams will strive to be the best team at their age division in the state of Colorado and compete strongly at a national level. We will provide outstanding leadership and coaching so that our players may learn baseball skills, teamwork and sportsmanship.
